The general terms and conditions are valid for the service given by Hotel Pálma which is operated by Pálma Wellness Ltd. This general contractual conditions are published in the name of Hotel Pálma by the Pálma Wellness Ltd. The hotel and the connected services are provided by the Pálma Wellness Ltd and all the connected rights and requirements belong to this company and all the responsibilities rest upon this company also.

2) The method and conditions of using the services:
a) ordering of the service: The order should be always sent in written form (telefax, email online reservation etc.) The order should include the name and address of the guest, the exact date and time of arrival and departure, the type of the room, and the exact name of the services. The hotel sends a confirmation letter about every reservation in written form ( telefax, email).
b ) the validity of the offers: The package offers of the hotel - except the daily room prices - are just in limited room capacity for the guests.
c) cancelling a reservation: the guest is responsible for cancelling, modifying or doing any modification on the previously ordered service, before the beginning of the service in written form to the hotel. In case of individual reservation/ordering, if you would like to cancel your reservation/ordering you can do it without paying any penalty before 3 days of your arrival. - if any unique agreement with the guest does not command in other way.
If the guest does not arrive, or he/she does not cancel his/her reservation till the appropriate deadline, the amount of the penalty is 50% of the reservation price. In case of group reservation the cancelling conditions are registered during an idividual business deal.
d) arrival and departure: the rooms of the hotel can be occupied on the day of the arrival from 2 p.m. and the guests should leave the rooms till 10.00 am on the day of the departure.
3) Payment conditions:
The ordered services can be paid by transfer, or on the spot in cash (Huf or Euro), debit card or "Szép card". If the contract with the hotel does not require in other way - in case of transfering - the guest should transfer the 50% of the totel price of the ordered services in advance (before arrival).
4) Our Prices:
The basic service of the hotel includes the price of the accommodation with breakfast, internet access, which are always included in the published prices, other offers, discounts, and packages by the hotel. The given prices always include VAT and catering tax which are calculated on the basis of the valid laws in force that certain day. The guest can get information about the prices of services at the hotel's reception desk before the beginning of the usage of the service. The Pálma Hotel reserves the right to modify the prices. The actual valid prices are given in the confirmation letter of the hotel. Information about the actual prices of the hotel can be found on the website of the hotel. (www.palmawellnesshotel.hu) Prices that are given in EURO are calculated on the basis of the MNB currency purchase rate in force on the day of the arrival: http://www.mnb.hu/arfolyamok The service company and the guest make an agreement that the date of performance of the provided services (VAT LAW 55 § (1) paragraph) is the last day when in fact the guest uses the services.
5) Unique services:
a) children's discount: This discount is for children who travel with their parents, live together with them in the same room and are under the age of 3 b) half board: Meal includes the dinner on the day of the arrival and the breakfast of the departure day, according to the hotel's offer published before.
6) Complaint:
During the hotel services the visitor can make a complaint till the departure day at the reception desk, in written form. The hotel has to investigate the complaints within 3 days and react to them.
7) Compensation:
The hotel is responsible for the damage caused by us according to the related laws. If the guest misses to make a complaint on the spot, he/she is not entitled to any compensation.
The guest has financial responsibility for the furniture and equipments in the hotel, the damage caused in the apartment, and the loss of any property of the hotel.
The guest states that he/she has got to know the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
